Can I return or exchange the product if I choose the wrong specification?
Accurate parameters are clearly marked on the product detail page, please double-check before placing an order. Returns and exchanges are not supported for wrong specifications without quality issues.
What should I do if there is a quantity error of the products?
±1% quantity tolerance is normal for shipping by weight. If the error exceeds this range, contact our customer service for free reshipment or price difference refund.
Is price negotiation available for large orders?
Yes, price negotiation is supported for large bulk orders. Please contact our customer service directly to discuss preferential terms.
Do you support small-batch customization?
Yes, small-batch customization with low MOQ is available. We can customize non-standard sizes, materials, surface treatments and other requirements.
What is the customization process and lead time?
Provide drawings/parameters → Customer service quotes and confirms → Payment for production → Quality inspection and shipping. Normal lead time is 7-15 working days, and complex products are subject to confirmation from customer service.
Can customized products be returned or exchanged?
Customized products do not support return or exchange without quality issues; if the products do not meet the customized requirements, we will remake them for free or issue a full refund.
Do you support dropshipping? Are there any thresholds?
Yes, dropshipping is available for 1 piece with no threshold. There is no store information on the package to protect your customer resources.
What is the shipping time for dropshipping orders?
In-stock orders will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment; customized or pre-ordered products will be shipped as agreed.
Are there any requirements for dropshipping addresses?
Please provide accurate overseas recipient information filled in the local language. Any delay or return caused by incorrect address will be at your own cost.
What logistics do you use by default?
International postal packet is used by default, covering most countries worldwide. Additional remote area fees apply for remote regions.
Can I designate a specific logistics company?
Yes, please contact our customer service to discuss the freight and shipping arrangements for designated logistics.
How long is the delivery time for international postal packet?
Normally 15-35 working days. It may be extended to 45-60 working days due to customs clearance, logistics congestion and other force majeure factors, which is a normal situation.
Is it normal if the logistics track is not updated?
Yes. Only domestic outbound and air shipping information will be shown before the package arrives at the destination customs, and the local logistics track will be updated after arrival.
Who is responsible for the customs duties?
Customs duties and value-added tax at the destination shall be borne by the recipient. Any return or destruction caused by refusal to pay duties will be at the recipient’s own risk.
How to handle lost or damaged packages?
You can apply for lost package compensation if there is no logistics update for more than 60 days, and we will issue a full refund or reship the products after verification. For damaged packages, please provide photo proof for reporting within 24 hours after signing.
Is free return available for in-stock products?
free return is not supported for in-stock products without quality issues. If you need to return or exchange, you shall bear all the freight and taxes incurred during the whole process.
